The Spiritual Opportunities We Miss

Every day we have so many opportunities to practice and embody everything that we know and have realized through our spiritual practice and inner work. Sometimes, we don’t even realize how many opportunities we are being given because we’re so used to acting and living in a particular way, but I promise you that if you start to notice just how many little moments you can change your perspective, or think of new thought or relate to that situation in a new way, your spiritual growth will skyrocket. Not because you’re having some crazy experiences and you’re going super deep in your meditations, but simply because you’re making the absolute most of every little moment of life.
