Hello, I am in constant contradiction to find my truth in life because I listen to a lot of sources and they all sound great but in the end, they don't add up together, they rather contradict themselves. For example, in quantum physics, Joe Dispenza and other people say that everything 100% depends on you. That means get off your ass and do it. Sounds empowering, right? Then I hear about people who have achieved the impossible because they materialise it from their thoughts. However, the people who proclaim this around me often say that you need a goal that you pursue relentlessly. That approach to life for me is too harsh. Sometimes I don't know what I want and I just want life to bring it to me as it has happened before.
On the other hand, I listen to videos of Wayne Dyer and Deepak Chopra who say LET IT GO, do not FORCE anything in your life. Then this means that life has a grand plan, a bigger picture and not everything depends on me 100%. Why did I get into trouble, into a shitty situation? Is it because of a lesson? People say pain is inevitable, but suffering is a choice. Then in this line of thought, yes everything depends on me 100% because no matter how good you are in manifesting, it is naive to think that nothing bad will happen in your life. This you cannot control I think. My biggest PROBLEM is how to ACCEPT when something bad happens. If everything depends on me, I have to blame myself in that case. See I get very confused here. On the other hand, if there is a grand plan, what is its sound explanation and reason for me having to bear that shit?
Your mind wants it to be one or the other.
What if it’s both?
What if you need to surrender fully and let go completely to the flow of life - at the same exact time you need to take full accountability and responsibility for how your life is going? Why can't it be that?
Don’t settle for one side. Paradox guards the doors of Truth, and what you are bumping up against is that Truth: it’s both. It’s meta. It’s not a duality. It’s a Unity.
